Functionality of AIMS
- Network Data Analyzer is an Open Query tool that allows various users to run queries
on different data sources and overlay critical information in GIS mapping. It also
provides meaningful information in the form of Map, datasheets related to the ad-hoc
queries created by users.
- Overlaying coverage information using map facility across markets/regions and allows
users to create and update ISA (Impaired Service Areas) in their wireless coverage
area, Managing Trouble Ticket events related to customer service issues with in
a short time

- Challenge is to provide a low cost query engine tool with very minimal turn around
delivery time, rich functionality and better performance for the end users.
- Interoperability with multi vendor databases to manage and improve overall end-to-end
engineering operations and its daily day-2-day operations of various end users by
providing critical and useful data on time.

- We are responsible for developing data mining tool to allow, communicate and extract
meaningful data from heterogeneous data sources and provide meaningful data to different
users in real time.
- Able to manage service issues and trouble tickets related to entire engineering
and operations team across all the markets/regions using single interface.
