Expertise in SQM: Prithvi’s Service Quality Management (SQM) solution assures proactive monitoring of the service quality such as availability to the customer. SQM solution helps in correlating Service impacts based on network data there by finding the root cause for the service failure (e.g. congestion) which are not necessarily detected or appropriately prioritized in NMS systems.
This solution helps fix the issues that impact Services and potentially SLAs with end customers proactively.
